Your Mission

As Executive Assistant (EA) in the Games Technology Unit (GTU), you report directly to the Business Support Lead based in London, UK. You execute the day-to-day management routines that enable and enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the executives, and create executive commitment towards achieving the company’s operational and strategic objectives.

Areas of Impact:

Using your skills as an EA to directly support the China Leadership Team, taking ownership of a wide range of tasks and complex priorities helping drive operational and strategic initiatives.

Articulate and programme executives’ routines to the overall business strategy.

Running the day-to-day executive administration routines: Rhythm of Business facilitation, Calendar management, Task management, Team meetings and offsite organisation, Travel planning and management.

Collaborate with EAs of the other business units to collectively drive us forward towards achieving Improbable’s business objectives, in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Create concise presentation material from written notes and abstractions. Translate & interpret written materials and verbal communication, where necessary.

Facilitate organisation clarity and communicate within the organisation to keep everyone in sync.

Support the formation, and, uphold the culture set out by the CEO and engage in culture cohesion activities by collaborating with HR, leadership and operations teams to ensure that values messaging is consistent and communicated.

We would like to hear from you if you identify with the following:

Business qualifications preferred, such as a Bachelor's degree.

Experience in multinational corporations (MNC) or global technology companies.

Native Mandarin speaker and fluent in the English language.

Experience in supporting multiple senior executives.

Excellent communicator with knowledge and appreciation for Chinese and Western business cultures.

Proven ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects and stakeholders.

Proficient with technology, ideally with experience using Google’s Productivity Suite (GDocs, Google Calendar, Gmail etc.) and/or Atlassian's Confluence and JIRA task management software.

Proven ability to proactively elevate efficiency and effectiveness to existing operations.

Proven ability to perform in highly dynamic environments. Comfortable with and able to embrace ambiguity.

Domain understanding within modern technology and/or games businesses.

A passion or enthusiasm for Games and their future potential highly-preferred.

Flexibility to sometimes work out of standard office hours due to collaboration with teams located around the world (US, UK). We do however offer time shifting working hours in accordance with this.
