Your Mission:

As a Commercial Operations Manager at Improbable, you'll be supporting our commercial sales and marketing division in driving the adoption of SpatialOS to the gaming industry. Your responsibilities will include operational planning, sales/marketing reporting, process improvement, and program implementation, that will connect all sales, marketing, production and finance team efforts together.

In this role, you will be developing and running the ongoing pipeline processes, required to run an effective sales team. You will own all customer data, be responsible for data accuracy and ensure that all data provides useful insights to the organization. This will require the ownership and support of various sales operations tools, including CRM, analytics, marketing automation and project management systems. You will also be responsible to identify and organise meetings with appropriate stakeholders to support industry research and opportunity reporting efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the operations and functions related to sales definition, research, data quality,  territory management and lead distribution with our CRM and marketing automation systems
  • Onboard and train team members including, sales reps, marketing and supporting staff, on internal tools and systems
  • Report on sales pipeline metrics and analytics for customers, accounts, leads and opportunities
  • Proactively identify, develop, and drive key strategic initiatives and process improvements that deliver long-term scalable growth
  • Regular interaction with senior management or executives to support sales reporting to the rest of the company

Competencies

  • 4+ years related work experience in Operations, Sales Support, Enablement or Finance, ideally in the technology/software industry

  • Excellent operations problem solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate issues into actionable insights
  • Expertise in implementing and administering Freshsales  products (CRM, Analytics, Marketing automation)
  • Ability to accurately assess the risks and benefits in sales relationships and developments
  • Excellent communication, particularly with senior management and leadership
  • SQL knowledge is beneficial
