Developers face a variety of risks in game development – from game design to production speed to launch scale. With SpatialOS, we aim to offer the next generation game development technology that helps reduce those risks and enables innovation that is vital to the future of games.

We are looking for talented individuals to join our China Office, our core hub and headquarters for APAC Operations. 

Responsibilities:

  • Payments: Review and verify the bills, invoices and approval documents and process payments in banks before agreed deadlines.
  • Bookkeeping: Provide documents to the accounting firm, check the journal and bill posting and process the bank reconciliations. 
  • Banking: Coordinate with the bank in preparing foreign exchange sales applications and the payment instructions for funds under capital items. Maintain and update the bank information.
  • Staff Claim: Check Expensify online reports and transfer to NetSuite System. Check offline reports and match the original supporting document. Updated staff claim reports and process staff claim payments in the bank.
  • Tax: Issue invoice, maintenance customer financial information and input VAT invoice verification.
  • Vendor maintenance: Communicate and maintain the relationships with different service vendors to make sure the bills and invoices are correct and cleared on time.
  • Audit: Provide relevant information required for the annual audit.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance, Statistics or related field
  • 0-2 years working experience in Accounting
  • Be proficient in MS Office (Excel, PPT) etc
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Attention to details
  • Strong sense of responsibility
  • Strong communication skills
  • Self-starter
